Nordic Gem is a boutique hospitality studio built by Scandinavian renovation experts.

We turn unique properties into design-forward boutique stays — blending Nordic simplicity with local soul.

We operate outside the hotel chain model — as a system designed for speed, trust, and scale.

Now we bring this method to the U.S. starting in Miami.

  • Structure: 3 partners, hands-on team, ready to launch the pilot
  • Initial capital secured. Now building the right partnerships: → Property owners for lease-to-own or JV → Strategic investors with aligned vision → Collaborators with trust-based thinking

What We’re Looking For

  • 1st property: boutique-sized (8–20 rooms or 1–2 houses), lease-to-own preferred
  • Miami: Wynwood, Little Havana, Coral Gables
  • Investor or co-owner with transparent terms (SAFE or equity split)
  • Long-term alignment, shared success, and capital with purpose — grounded in strategy, built for impact.

Roadmap: Pilot to Platform

  1. Secure & Design — identify the right property or partner asset, finalize agreements, define signature guest experience.
  2. Launch & Optimize — open the pilot, build real data, reach target occupancy, fine-tune financial and operational flows.
  3. Expand & Validate — add second location or strategic partner, test franchise or tokenized layer, validate DAO model.
  4. Scale the Brand — open platform to aligned investors, deploy branded token (NGH), build trust through transparency.
